Denim company Levi Strauss is obviously happy with how their Modelabs-made own-branded phones are doing as they have just launched another model in France. The new offering is a 3G handset and will go on sale in France exclusively with Orange this month.
Engraved with the Levi Strauss logo, the claim is that this model is the only mobile on the market that "combines a metal and soft touch finishing".
A slider, it will offer stereo Bluetooth, USB 2.0 port, modem, slot micro SD, FM radio, 2-megapixel camera with digital zoom, MP3 player, video recorder and player, email, "and so on".
The Levi's 3G is aimed at "young Orange customers, who are attracted by fashionable accessories and multimedia services".
This launch also sees the releases of a whole range of Levi-flavoured accessories ranging from a presumably matching Bluetooth headset, to wrist straps, "necklets" and different colours of denim and leather pouches.
