The cat is out of the bag, the horse has bolted, other idioms are lining up expectantly, as a huge leak of images leaves us in no doubt about what the Samsung Galaxy S7 will look like.

There has been no shortage of leaks of this handset, along with the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, saying that they closely match the 2015 Galaxy S models.

That appears to be true, with these latest images offering a closer look at Samsung's new handset than we've seen so far. We knew it was being lined up in silver, black and gold previously, but here we now see the handset in white too.

The images come from uSwitch, in cahoots with @onleaks and confirm that there isn't going to be a huge shift in design from Samsung this year. The camera doesn't appear as pronounced this time around, and it appears that there's more of a curve on the reverse side of the handset than previously. You'll also notice a slightly squarer fingerprint sensor on the front.

Elsewhere, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to be the smaller of the pair with a 5.1-inch Quad HD display, compared to a larger Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with a 5.5-inch display.

Otherwise, you can expect similar hardware, software and extras like waterproofing, alongside larger battery capacities and a return of the microSD card slot.
