Vodafone has unleashed a new tablet in the UK. It's an Android tablet of course, and despite the decent specs, it's pretty inexpensive.
Called the Vodafone Tab Speed 6, the tablet is a lot like the Tab Prime 6 but smaller and more affordable. It features an 8-inch display with a 1280x800-pixel resolution, as well as a beefier 1.3GHz processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. Keep in mind you'll only really get 11GB of storage due to the Android 5.1 Lollipop software hogging up 5GB.
You can expand the internal storage up to 64GB with an SD card, however. Other features include a 5-megapixel rear shooter, 2-megapixel camera on the back, and a 4,060mAh battery. If any of that interests you, Vodafone is selling the Tab Speed 6 on Pay as you go for £125 with 6GB of data to use in the first month. But you can also get it on a monthly option.
Vodafone is offering its new 4G LTE tablet from £16 per month (including 3GB data). You can buy it from the Vodafone store now.
