A couple of years ago, two friends had an idea. They noticed that in all the food markets and farm shops they frequented that you could get sausages, pies, chutneys and jellies that were truly gourmet. But the humble fishcake and fish pie were just that - humble.They've since built up a reputation for some of the finest piscatorial culinary delights and you can now order from them via www.natoora.co.uk or check out their list of stockists.
A quick glance at their pictures page will show how far fish fingers have come at the hands of these two. All their fish is from sustainable stocks and, wherever possible, from British waters.
