On the day LG is supposed to announce its G4 smartphone officially, its Watch Urbane has become available. The LG Watch Urbane is listed on Google Play at more than any other Android Wear device.

The LG Watch Urbane price is £259 on Google Play. It is available in silver with a black leather strap or gold with a brown leather strap. It should leave the warehouse by 8 May, according to the site.

The LG G Watch R by comparison is listed at £190 on most sites. Considering the internals on the two devices aren't much different that's quite a price jump. But then the Watch Urbane does look beautiful to the point of almost being mistaken for an analogue watch.

The Motorola Moto 360 and Asus ZenWatch, also listed on the store, are both £200.

We had the chance to have an extended play with the LG Watch Urbane at its unveiling at MWC 2015 in Barcelona. If you're interested in buying this premium Android Wear device, make sure you read our first impressions.
