Clever Stuff has revamped its "world's easiest digital video camcorder" with the launch of the Disgo Video "Plus".The web-quality (it records VGA quality 640 x 480 pixels) pocket-sized camcorder has some new additions from the previous model, including a 1.5-inch flip-out colour display for easier self-recording.
Powered by two AA batteries, the Disgo Video Plus can record video to its internal memory for up to 60 minutes. An additional 4 hours recording is available through external memory card (SD/MMC). There's also a 2x digital zoom, built-in microphone and speaker.
With its retractable USB connector, connection to a PC requires no cables and video clips are automatically saved into a standard video format (AVI).
The new camcorder - available for under £70 - is now on sale at Currys.digital stores and online at currys.co.uk.
