Linksys has announced its new Wireless N Ultra RangePlus home networking products at CeBIT in Hanover.

The Ultra RangePlus gateway and router (WAG160N and WRT160N) are the first models available in Europe that feature what the company describe as "a stylish new design" and claim to come with improved usability features including the Linksys Easylink Advisor (LELA) software, which helps simplify the set-up of your network, and helps assure that all devices and connections are stable and secure.

With the launch of the Ultra RangePlus products Linksys has also revealed the latest version of its Home Monitoring Camera (WVC54GCA) - now including a microphone and improved image quality - that has built-in web server so it can connect directly to the home network without needing a PC.

The Linksys Wireless-N Ultra RangePlus Router and ASDL Gateway feature a silver-black design that includes internal antenna technology so style-conscious home owners won't feel the need to hide them away.

The new Ultra RangePlus Wireless Routers offer Wi-Fi Protected Setup certification which includes a one-button synchronisation feature that enables certified products to join together.

The Linksys Ultra RangePlus router and gateway and the Internet Home Monitoring Camera will be available in April 2008 pricing as follows:

-Ultra RangePlus Wireless-N Router (WRT160N) £69
-Ultra RangePlus Wireless-N ADSL2+ Gateway (WAG160N) £89
-Wireless-G Internet Home Monitoring Camera (WVC54GCA) £79
