With a lack of concrete information about when the Nexus 6 will be available, UK-based online retailer Mobiles.co.uk has today announced the the Nexus 6 will be available from 1 December.

It also goes on to confirm that it will be offering pre-orders from 18 November, and says that the price "should be" from £28 a month, rather than giving a SIM free price.

Mobiles.co.uk sells devices on contract, offering some competitive deals. Here that £28 a month deal relates to an O2 contract with unlimited text and calls, and 1GB of data.

There's no confirmed Google Play price for the Nexus 6 in the UK either, so we're still very much in the dark about the latest Google phablet.

The Nexus 6 will launch with Android 5.0 Lollipop and joins the Nexus 9 in offering the latest take on Android. Whilst we're waiting for the full and final picture of availability in the UK, why not read our Android 5.0 review so you know what's coming?
