Microsoft has announced a new version of the OneDrive app for both Windows Phone and Android, following yesterday's announcement about Office 365 subscribers getting unlimited OneDrive storage.

The updated apps now make it easier to access your files and stay productive, according to Microsoft. More specifically, the Windows Phone app received a new interface and options for accessing work documents, while the Android app has a new folder widget and more.

OneDrive for Windows Phone now makes it easier to find and open folders, for instance. There's a new navigation drawer that lets you access your recent and shared files. The drawer also lets you check download/upload status, change settings, and get access to your work account.

As for the Android app, it now includes access to your OneDrive recycle bin and supports for widgets. It even lets you pin folders to your home screen: "This has been a very popular feature on Windows Phone for some time, and we’re excited to bring it to Android," Microsoft explained.

The updated OneDrive apps are now available in their respective Windows Phone and Google Play stores. Check the gallery below for screenshots.
