Krell iPod dock available in the UK
High-end audiophile offering

The Krell Interface Dock has been launched with the bold claim that it's "the world's best-sounding iPod dock".
Apparently devised so that music lovers may enjoy the iPod's performance at a level of sound quality never before achieved, the KID is Krell's take on what an iPod dock should do: "retrieve the musical signal, handle it with respect and reproduce it with levels of sound quality that will delight the most critical listener".
The claim is that if you place an iPod in the slot, connect the KID to a high-performance hi-fi system and let the top-quality, audiophile grade components (including balanced differential Class A circuitry and an ultra-low-noise volume control) do their high-end thing you won't be disappointed.
Priced at £1350, the Krell KID will be distributed in the UK by Absolute Sounds.
