"Marry Me" iPod touch offered by Selfridges

Perfect for those girl-to-boy Leap Year proposals?

As the tradition goes, a Leap Year is the one time when a woman can ask a man for their hand in marriage.

For any ladies looking for a techie way to pop the question come 29 February, Selfridges claims to have the answer via this limited edition designer iPod touch.

This touch comes complete with hundreds of black Swarovski crystals and a special diamond ring design encrusted with 24k gold coated and silver crystals - something the department store describe as "a proposal 21st Century style".

To make the gift even more special, Selfridges and "Bling My Thing" are offering an individual customisation service where lovers can also have the names or initials of a loved one added to the design as well as a compilation of their favourite songs uploaded.

The limited edition iPod touch is priced £899 and an iPod nano will also be available for £749. Both products will be available from The Carphone Warehouse concession within Selfridges from 20 Feb.
