Adobe Revel photo app finally arrives for Android

Adobe Systems has released an Android version of its Revel service, marking the first time Revel users could sync and share their photos and videos to a non-iOS device.

Revel is a service - once called Adobe Carousel - that allows you to upload photos and videos. You can then organise those photos and videos into albums or combine them with others into group libraries. There are also built-in tools for sharing in galleries or via social networks.

And finally, Revel lets you edit photos with basic Adobe Photoshop Express features like filters, cropping, etc. Apart from Photoshop Express, Revel notably offers Adobe editing features pulled from Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements and Lightroom.

The Android version of Revel debuted on Tuesday, a long while after the service's iOS counterpart initially launched for Apple's iPad. The new Android app is quite similar and includes the ability to sign in with an Adobe ID or Google+ or Facebook.
