Kingston Technology has launched a new device that can store, transfer and read content off mobile phone memory cards.

The DataTraveler Micro Reader is an all-in-one USB flash drive and reader.

The device is compatible with Windows ReadyBoost, and
features onboard Flash memory up to 2GB and an expansion slot to read microSD, microSDHC, or Memory Stick Micro cards.

The device comes with software offering DT Micro Reader's drag and drop action that makes it easier to transfer files between a PC or Mac and mobile phone. Digital content can now be enjoyed on the phone.

The DataTraveler Micro Reader is backed by a 5-year warranty and free 24/7 technical support.

Kingston adds that it is 64.0 x 19.8 x 10.4mm and comes in 1GB and 2GB capacities, which are priced £9.74 and £14.30 respectively (not including VAT).
