Qualcomm updated its online store on Monday, dropping the price of its Toq smartwatch from $350 to $250, after it sat as one of the most expensive wearables on the market.

Qualcomm's Toq smartwatch became a lot cheaper and maybe more attractive for customers, at a time when the smartwatch space has become filled with almost every other consumer electronics company.

The company didn't give a reason behind the price drop, but it's more than likely to compete with the Samsung Gear 2 and Pebble Steel that have been gaining the interest of customers on the market.
