Yoda and Co coming to Netflix as it nabs exclusive rights to Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Netflix has announced a deal with Disney that will see it become the exclusive home of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, including all episodes of the sixth and final season of the popular animated show.

Details on the deal mention exclusivity only for the US and Canada, where the season and all former series will appear on the platform on 7 March. Pocket-lint has contacted Netflix to find out if the UK will also get the same line-up.

Netflix and Disney previously announced a partnership to create original shows and content centring on Marvel comic book characters. Marvel is owned by The Walt Disney Company and the aim is to bring new programming to the streaming service in 2015, including a live-action show featuring blind superhero Daredevil.
