ARM to show Android prototype at Mobile World Congress
First gPhone from a British company?

Reuters is reporting that a British company will be among the very first to show an Android phone prototype.
Chip designer ARM will display a prototype model of a mobile phone based on Google's Android platform at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, a source close to the company has revealed.
Google and ARM have apparently declined to comment on the currently unconfirmed report.
HTC plans to launch "two or three" Android mobile phones in 2008, and China Mobile, NTT DoCoMo, KDDI and Telefonica have all said they are working with manufacturers to create phones based on the Google-developed platform.

UPDATE: ARM has been in contact with Pocket-lint to confirm that they will be showing an Android prototype at MWC.
