An old message for a new audience

7 February 2008 0:00 GMT / By Ian Hughes

It's no secret that as a nation we're probably not the most health-conscious. This morning's papers are claiming that 30% of children in the UK are obese.

If that is true, then this site is timed well.

It's an attempt, by the British Heart Foundation, to engage a younger audience and get the message across about healthy living.

There's a danger that it's a bit preachy, bordering on the patronising, but it's well put together with a fresh approach to getting youngsters involved in learning about good living.

Definitely food for thought.
