Canon PowerShot N100 compact features front and rear-facing cameras for ultimate selfies
Canon has announced its first compact camera to feature both front and rear-facing cameras. Their placement will help you "tell both sides of the story" by capturing your own expressions while taking shots of others, either as a picture or movie.
The Canon PowerShot N100 also features an ultra wide 5x zoom lens with intelligent IS, Wi-Fi with NFC, and Canon's HS System, which includes DIGIC 6 processing and a 12.1-megapixel 1/1.7-type high sensitivity CMOS sensor. The 3-inch rear screen is tiltable.
The rear-facing Story Camera features a wide 25mm lens that works simultaneously with the front-facing camera. It's wide enough to capture a couple behind the camera, claims Canon.
A large range of automatic shooting modes are present, including Creative Shot, allowing you to capture six different versions of a single image. There are 46 different creative effects in total, that can be pre-selected before shooting.
The Canon PowerShot N100 will be available from May for £349.
