John Lewis will price match on selected tablets this Christmas, including iPad mini and Galaxy Note 10.1
UK high street retailer John Lewis has confirmed that it will be price matching on selected tablet devices in the run up to Christmas. This includes the iPad mini, iPad 2, iPad with Retina display, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and Galaxy Note 10.1.
As part of the company's Never Knowingly Undersold policy, it will reduce prices to the market standard. In addition, all tablets bought from John Lewis come with the store's two-year guarantee included at no extra cost.

Thanks to price matching, you can now get an 16GB Wi-Fi-only iPad mini in white or space grey for £229, or a 64GB iPad with Retina display for £539. Both have £20 off original retail prices.
The 16GB 2014 edition of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is now £369, while the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 Kids tablets are £119 and £179.95 respectively.
"We are committed to offering our customers the best prices on the high street with market leading guarantees included at no extra cost," said Ed Connolly, buying director for John Lewis electricals and home technology. "Sales of tablets were up 152 per cent in the first half of 2013 and this Christmas we predict we will sell one tablet every 15 seconds."
