Google is due to upgrade its Nexus smartphone soon with a Nexus 5, which means it's been leaking a fair bit recently. And now it's appeared in a benchmarking test.

It looks like the Nexus 5 should come packing the Snapdragon 800 processor backed by Adreno 330 GPU. It must be packing plenty of RAM too, or a higher GHz than others as it scored, on the GFXBench T-Res HD Off-screen test, above every other smartphone, except the iPhone 5S which it was on a par with.

In the Egypt 2.5 test the Nexus 5 really pushed the boundaries by churning out 58fps - something you'd expect from a full-on computer.

Check out the other Nexus 5 rumours ahead of its expected announcement in October.
