LG is reported to be unveiling its Vu 3 smartphone this month. And it looks like the old Korean rivalry may be moved away from the spec sheet and into your wallet as the Vu 2 gets a cheaper price.
The LG Vu 3 will be priced at £465 while the Galaxy Note 3 should arrive for a steeper £580, if Korean pricing on etnews is accurate. But does that mean a cheaper version of the handset? Not according to the spec sheet.
So far the LG Vu 3 is rumoured to come with a 5.2-inch 1280 x 960 resolution display (at 4:3 aspect), a Snapdragon 800 processor, 13-megapixel snapper, LTE-Advanced, and Android 4.3 OS. Not a bad line-up then, considering the price difference.
While the Note 3 manages a higher resolution, an S Pen and Galaxy Gear connectivity, will that be enough for buyers to part with more than £100 extra?
