Xbox Live hits 10 Million subscribers

...six months early

Despite glitches over the Christmas period, Microsoft has announced that it has hit the 10 million subscriber mark for its Xbox Live service.

And Microsoft says that it has reached this zenith 6 months ahead of schedule.

The news comes just 2 months after the service hit eight million subscribers, which would equate to two million new subscribers in 2 months (hence the problems in December being put down to an influx of new log-ins).
