Specifications of an as yet unannounced Samsung tablet, the GT-P3200, have appeared online. The specs were posted as part of a benchmarking test on GLBenchmark.

They show a device running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean with an 800 x 1280 HD screen. The device also has a processor with a peak frequency of 1.5 GHz. There's not much else on the spec front other than that. The alleged tests don't even hint of whether the processor could be dual or quad-core.

At the moment, rumours suggest Samsung will be launching a whole Galaxy Tab 3 family. Could this be one of them? Who knows, MWC might be about more than just the Note 8.0, if that materialises. However, without an actual launch event at the trade show in Barcelona at the end of February, we may have to wait a bit longer.

In other news, Samsung's tablets have started to chew up Apple's market share. Apple's tablet share dipped in Q4, down to 43.6 per cent, while Samsung's rose to 15.1 per cent. Still a long way to go, though.
