Android Jelly Bean update hits Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and Tab 2 tablets

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean has finally arrived for the Wi-Fi versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 tablets. Available in the form of an over-the-air or via Kies update. Note 10.1 owners also get the added bonus of the Samsung Premium Suite in the same download.

Bringing with it a few key improvements, the Jelly Bean update will aid both the Note 10.1 and Tab 2 (in both 10.1- and 7-inch flavours) with a more intuitive user interface, faster performance and response times across applications, and an overall smoother user experience. The 10.1-inch models will also get an optimised UI for their screen size.
