Samsung launches R700 laptop

Notebook PC addition to Aura range

Samsung has launched an ultra-slim notebook PC for its Aura range.

The R700 is a 17-inch widescreen notebook with a glossy black finish, dedicated NVIDIA GO 8400M GS graphics card,
and integrated 1.3 megapixel digital motion camera for video conferencing or live messaging.

Samsung adds that the R700 has the latest Intel Centrino Duo processor and incorporates the Intel PRO Wireless LAN solution.

It can be connected to high-resolution TV sets, home cinema systems or projectors, and also offers four USB ports.

The R700 weighs in at 3180g and is 395 x 279 x 29.7mm in size.

It will be available from January priced from £599.
