Second Steve Jobs waxwork spotted, this time in the back of a truck
Imagine the scene: you’re driving down the road, you glance up at the truck overtaking you and who do you see in the back? Only former Apple CEO Steve Jobs. This bizarre sequence of events allegedly occurred in the Chinese city of Xi’an and there’s photographic evidence to prove it.
The sighting comes a day after it was revealed that a full-size waxwork of the late Jobs is now on show at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong. As with that waxwork, the figurine sighted in the back of the truck sports Steve Jobs’s iconic black sweater, naturally.
It’s unclear as to what this latest incarnation – photographed on 26 September - was doing in the back of the truck or where its destination was, but that hasn’t stopped the Chinese blogging community having some fun with it.
One response to the photo claimed that it was Steve Jobs resurrected, returning to earth to “do something about the iOS maps”.
