Sony settles for silver with PlayStation 2

PS2 gets colour make over

29 April 2005 16:07 GMT / By Stuart Miles

Just as it did for the original PlayStation2, Sony has launched a Satin Silver model of its console today.

Available from the middle of next month keen silverites will have to pay an extra £10 - £114.99 - for the pleasure of console matching their video or DVD Player.

Of course no satin silver PlayStation2 would be complete without a range of Satin Silver accessories and Sony will be offering everything from a Vertical Stand, Memory Card, DUALSHOCK 2 Controller, DVD Remote Control and even the EyeToy in the same shimmering silver so it all matches.
