Klipsch has tweaked its Image headphone range, introducing a more streamlined shape that the audio manufacturer says will make the headphones more durable and tangle resistant.
The flat cabling makes it more difficult for the wires to intertwine with each other while Klipsch says the new design also makes them stronger. The streamlined approach will also improve the audio quality.
As with previous models, Klipsch has once again included its patented oval ear tips that help provide noise cancellation with sound played through a dual 8.5mm magnet micro-speaker.
Both sets of headphones are available in black or white, while the Klipsch Image S4i’s have another trick up their sleeve. A three-button remote allows iPhone users to make and receive phone calls handsfree through the S4i’s.
Both the Klipsch Image S4 and S4i headphones, which come with three different sized ear tips, a carrying case and clothing clip, are available now from www.klipsch.co.uk for £69.99 and £89.99 respectively.
A pair of Klipsch Image S4(a) headphones that have been optimised for Android smartphones are also available, though they have yet to receive the same upgrade treatment.
