Sony seem to be unstoppable at the moment in respect to product announcements. This week it's the Vaio V3 - a multitasking multimedia computer that features either a X-black LCD 20-inch or 17-inch screen, built in television, wireless connectivity and 250GB hard disk.

There are two models in the range, the VGC-V3S and the VGC-V3M. Both are configured with 512MB of high-speed PC3200 (DDR400) SDRAM. Both machines also have double-layer DVD±RW drives.

The VGC-V3S has a 3.4GHz Pentium® 4 HT processor, a 20-inch WXGA screen and integrated 802.11b/g wireless networking. The VGC-V3M has a 3.2GHz Pentium 4 HT CPU, a 17-inch screen and does not come with wireless networking as standard.
