Available now directly from the Nokia Software Updater, the latest software for the Nokia N95 claims to "elevate performance levels even further", thanks to added features.

The new improvements from this software version relate to the music, maps and games features and offer more language support.

One new addition is on-demand paging that means you can run more applications and run them faster, with examples given being listening to music or surfing with the improved browser at the same time.

Also with the new firmware comes 30% longer playback time from the music player - an extra three hours, up from nine to up to 12 hours.

Nokia Maps gets faster positioning times, a faster Map Loader, and a free three-day navigation trial.

As far as games go, there is now an N-Gage preview application for enjoying game demos with your Nokia N95 via the Download! application.
