Creative: No plans to launch 8GB Zen Stone Plus

4GB will be largest capacity for now

Despite previous reports suggesting it was going to be the case, Creative has confirmed to Pocket-lint that the company has no plans to launch an 8GB version of its Creative Zen Stone Plus MP3 player.

A Creative representative told Pocket-lint: "There are no plans currently to release the 8GB player". It was reported that this size model would be on sale for £99.99.

The 4GB version is currently offered on Amazon.co.uk, who have the retail exclusive on the little device, for £69.99. This size version is only available in black.
