The Acer Iconia A700 will be coming to the UK in June, Acer has confirmed to Pocket-lint.
The new Ice Cream-touting Android tablet, first shown at CES in Las Vegas in January, will sport a Tegra 3 quad-core processor and have similar specs to the newly announce Acer Iconia Tab A510 but will come with a much better Full HD 1080p display.
Acer has also confirmed to Pocket-lint that the screen's contrast ratio and brightness will be better when compared to the A510, which will be launched in the UK at the end of April.
The Acer Iconia Tab A700 will come with a 10.1-inch screen, a 5 megapixel camera on the back and 1GB RAM. It will be powered by the Nvidia 1.3Ghz Tegra 3 processor.
Other improved specs over the A510 model will be that the A700 comes with 32GB of internal storage rather than the 16 found on the company's other tablet, Acer tells Pocket-lint.
