iSkin has launched its CERULEAN X1 inner ear noise-isolating earphones that claim to enable studio sound for music.

The X1 earphones feature silicone "comfort buds" that claim to significantly reduce ambient noise, making them ideal for situations where keeping noise out and sound in is essential, such as on an planes, trains, blah, blah, blah.

The CERULEAN X1 earphones feature 9mm Neodymium drivers encased in a specially designed bass-enhancing chamber that iSkin says reproduces clear, balanced audio with sparkling highs, deep warm bass and energising mid-tones for a sound that is "aurally powerful".

Proud new iPhone owners will be happy to note that the earphones also include an iPhone-compatible earphone adapter.

The iSkin CERULEAN X1 are available in Onyx and Blizzard. Priced at £69.99 and available now from iskin.com.
