Intempo has launched the iDAB, a new device to get D.A.B. on your i pee oh dee.
Plug the iDAB into the base of your iPod to listen to DAB digital radio on the move or dock it in your iPod speakers to play interference-free DAB at home or in the office.
The iDAB measures around 40mm square, users just need connect it to the base of their iPod and switch it on.
Play, search and scrolling for stations are all controlled by the side buttons on the device and the four line LCD screen displays information such as radio station or song details.
10 presets are also included to save favourite stations and the iDAB also has a docking connector so it will sit directly in your iPod speakers enabling you to listen to DAB radio aloud - although you will need to keep the radio antenna earphones plugged in.
The iDAB is compatible with the complete iPod family of products apart from the Shuffle.
It will be available in colours to match the latest range of iPods and will retail for £59.99, on sale in December from high street and online stockists including Comet and Amazon.co.uk.
