Apple has received over a million messages of condolence from around the world for the sad passing away of its ex-CEO Steve Jobs.
After his death on 5 October the company opened up a virtual condolence book via the email address email@example.com and, after inviting "personal friends to colleagues to owners of Apple products" to send them their memories, thoughts and feelings on Steve, they and have been inundated ever since.
A page at www.apple.com/stevejobs has also been scrolling through those messages ever since, for visitors to view; if you have something to share, you are still being invited to submit your own.
We're not sure if Apple is putting together a separate site or place where all of those messages can be viewed, but it certainly goes to show that Steve Jobs and his work are much appreciated - regardless of what phone, operating system, tablet device or computer you favour.
