The iPhone 4S will supposedly come in 16Gb, 32GB, and now 64GB sizes according to sources.
That’s according to 9to5Mac who claims its source, a Mr. X, says that "upcoming 'N94' next generation iPhone is being stocked by Apple in 3 different capacities."
The news ties in with previous rumours both detailing a 64GB version and the N94 codename.
To add further fuel to the fire, a label supposedly off an iPhone 4S box has turned up on a Chinese forum.
The label, of which the legitimacy is in question, is supposedly from the box of an white iPhone 4S. The box also suggests that the phone will be GSM and CDMA as it lists IMEI and MEID codes.
The iPhone 4S is rumoured to be launching on Tuesday 4 October. It will supposedly look the same as the current and very popular iPhone 4 model, however it may have a faster processor and better camera.
Pocket-lint will be reporting live from the “Let's talk iPhone” event bringing you all the latest news and first impressions of the new phone, or phones, if and when they are announced.
