PalmOne has released a new Tungsten PDA that will come with Bluetooth connectivity and flash memory meaning the days of losing all your data when the battery dies should be a thing of the past.

The new model called the Tungsten E2 will also offer a bright colour screen and longer battery life than the current Tungsten E model

Although the unit will boast 32Mb of flash memory, users will actually only be able to use 26Mb of it as the remaining 6Mb will be used for the operating system and core applications.

The Tungsten E2 comes from a 200MHz Intel XScale processor, and expansion cards let people play MP3 music files or show off digital photos.

The device will be available by the end of the month priced around the £169 marker.
