Orange makes claim to the UK’s lowest unlimited broadband price
Colourful claims from camp Orange come in, with the company laying claim to the the UK’s lowest unlimited broadband price.
Following a revamp of its prices, UK surfers are able to sign up for a 12-month deal that costs £5 per month, on top of a £12.75 line-rental deal that also offers unlimited evening and weekend calls to landlines.
The £5 deal gets you up to 20Mb speed, and if you fork out £10 a month you'll get unlimited calls to landlines at any time.
Sylvain Thevenot, director of marketing and propositions for Orange Home said: "Although financially times are tough, we believe that everyone should have access to the best value deals in the market, irrespective of where they live.
"That’s why despite other providers raising the price of their overall packages, we’re actually offering the best priced plans we can to our customers right across the nation."
Orange pay-monthly mobile customers who take one of the deals will also get free Wi-Fi hotspot access at over 200,000 locations.
