In car speakerphones mean you can chat away while driving without facing the long arm of the law. Yapping on your mobile has been illegal for a good while now with conversations in cars being frequently carried out via bluetooth headsets.

Unfortunately this means you either have to adopt the look of a hardcore gamer, telephone salesman or someone slightly loopy chatting to themselves. Jabra has fixed most of these ailments by launching an easy to use in car speakerphone that syncs up with your handset via bluetooth and lets you chat headset and hands-free.

The Jabra Drive uses Bluetooth 3.0 to connect to up to 2 devices at the same time. A voice guidance system lets you know when the battery is going low, expect around 20 hours of talk time and 30 of standby. There is of course an in car charger included. Audio from GPS apps can also be sent to the Jabra.

Expect things to go on sale "soon" at a price of £49.99.
