Sony S2 caught in hands-on video while Sony S1 sits for photo

Got 18 seconds? Thought you would.

In that case take a look at the video above that is just 18 seconds long, but gives us a glimpse beyond the official teaser trailer released last month as to what to expect from Sony and it's Honeycomb tablet called the Sony S2 launching later this year.

There's no audio aside from some cheesy lift music, and the video doesn't really show us much apart from the fact that it's a dual screen design with a hinge that turns the screen on and off.

What we have managed to garner from the vid is that when you display the Honeycomb desktop or any application across the two screens you're going to get an annoying black line (ie the frame) in the way, and that when closed it looks like a glasses case.

The German site also managed to snap a single shot of the larger Sony S1 as well.

With an expected late August, early September launch date, and what appears to be a fully working model in the video, we shouldn't have long to wait before we see what's what for ourselves.

We will keep you posted.
