Duke Nukem Forever may not be getting the big score reviews that it would have hoped for, having been 14 years in the making, but it will still go down as one of the biggest game launches of the year - and reports suggest that sales are a booming for the politically incorrect title.
And now Mac gamers can be a part of the Duke's revival as Aspyr Media, in partnership with 2K Games, has announced that Duke Nukem Forever will be arriving on Apple machines in August.
"We are thrilled to play a part in bringing this gaming experience to the Mac," said Michael Rogers, president of Aspyr Media.
"Duke Nukem Forever represents many of the best aspects of gaming: shooting aliens, saving ladies in distress, and great tag-lines. We think Mac gamers will love taking a bite of Duke's special pain cake."
Duke Nukem Forever can be pre-ordered over at dukenukem.aspyr.com. The game will also be available for sale on Steam and will support Steamworks features and Steam Play.
