If Louie Spence is in the market for a new TV then he could do worse than to consider one of the new collection from NEOD. With one of these stylish mirror sets, he could be on TV all the time, rather than just the 99 per cent of the time that he seems to be at the moment.
NEOD, standing for New Era of Device, has announced no less than 17 different sized and shaped sets in four different collections; Home - 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch in a "rectangular" aspect, Style - 26-inch, 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch in a "wider landscape" setup, In-Wall - 22-inch, 26-inch, 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch which can be custom-built to specific size requirements, and Full-length which come in 40-inch and 46-inch.
All of the TVs are in fact E-LED Backlit Loewe LCD Full HD models boasting 200Hz capabilities. They pack DVB-T, DVB-S2 and DVB-C tuners and have multi HDMI and USB inputs.
There's built-in Dolby Digital+ and dts surround sound, integrated speakers, DVB radio, and also access to the web TV goodies via Loewe’s medianet interface.
The 55-inch model is the top dog of the bunch - it has 400Hz capabilities, Dual DVB-T receivers, and 250GB of storage for PVR features.
With style in mind, the mirror TVs come in a wide range of frames including white woven, rombotech, Swarovski crystal, gloss black, crocodile, gloss red crocodile, modern gold, gold alutes, modern silver, white
lacquered, black lacquered and walnut.
The NEOD ‘Home’ collection costs from £4999.00, the ‘Style’ collection starts at £4500, and the In-Wall Collection from £3820. The Full length Mirror TVs start at £5549. If you want the Swarovski crystal finish, add
£1185 to the price of your set.
They are out in July.
