John Malkovich promotes Sony VAIOs

New short films on dedicated site

Academy Award-nominated actor, producer and director John Malkovich has team up with Sony to promote their VAIO line of laptops.

A new site, www.vaio-john.com, will provide "a window to John’s world which promises to be like no other".

Each month new installments and content will be uploaded onto the website so that John can share his views on life and some of the more unusual things that inspire or puzzle him.

Malkovich says: "Like an artist’s sketch book my VAIO allows me to maximize any creative opportunity".

During this project John used the latest VAIO FZ and TZ notebooks to capture moments of inspiration, recording soundbites and editing the content of the site.

The short films will feature influences from a variety of sources including John’s choice of music, architecture, authors, films and books.
