Goodle Doodle celebrates William and Kate's big day

Google doesn't need much of an excuse to pull a new Doodle out of the hat.

After all, it has recently unveiled efforts celebrating the would-be-birthdays of  John James Audubon (226th), Jane Austin (235th), Charlie Chaplin (122nd) and Harry Houdini (137th).

So you didn't think it would miss the opportunity to make a fuss for William and Kate's big day did you?

Not a chance.

Its latest Doodle depicts a cartoon celebration of the Royal Wedding scene complete with horse and carriage.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Wales (or is it Mountbatten-Windsor), the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
