We were the first to bring you news of the Sony Ericsson smartphone coming to CES thanks to spotting a poster campaign outside the Las Vegas Convention Centre at CES and now we are one of the first to bring you hands-on photos of the new smartphone.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is the company's latest Android handset and this time packs the latest Google OS, Android 2.3 to bring it on spec with the Nexus S although Sony Ericsson has added its Xperia skin to the experience.
The new phone will pack all the usual tech you would expect including a 8 megapixel Sony Exmor R sensor for low light photography and connectivity to the company's Google TV powered products.
Thin and curved, it's size is on par with the Nexus S, with a "reality display" measuring 4.2-inches. Sony also tell us that the display is powered by Sony's Mobile Bravia Engine, which claims to bring added punch to the experience.
The phone will come in black and silver.
