The Angry Birds plush toys are surely the toy to get this Christmas.

After all, the game picked up the coveted Best Game title at the 2010 Pocket-lint awards and has been downloaded over 50 million times across all platforms.

So who's not going to want to grab the ultimate gaming merchandise?

Weirdly though, not all the birds are present in the plush toy line-up. The bigger red bird is still to make an appearance and, until now, neither had the green bird.

But a photo on Rovio's Facebook page has revealed that the boomerang-style green bird is coming - it is pictured along with a caption reading "New prototypes coming along".

It's not going to be in the Rovio shop in time for Christmas unfortunately, but if you save your Christmas pennies, chances are that it will hit sometime in the new year.
