If you're thinking of grabbing yourself a new laptop, but want something that looks a bit different, then maybe you should consider the personalised laptops on offer from Advent.
Dixons Retail has just announced plans for the Advent Covers scheme that is available from Currys and PC World, where users can get a unique laptop lid.
You can choose from one of the 150 in the image bank, or you can select one of your own photos.
Alison van Veggel, senior Marketing manager at Dixons Retail said: "We are the only high street electrical retailer to offer personalised laptop covers at the moment and we’re expecting strong take up of the service as it is a great idea for a Christmas gift.
"Our research suggests that customers are looking for ways to differentiate their laptops from their family and friends and this is the perfect solution."
The personalised lids cost £29.99 and the service is available across four different models in the Advent laptop range; the Advent Sienna 510 and 710 or the Modena M101 and M201.
Simply buy the Advent machine that you want and then order the cover you want (or upload your own design or photo) at adventcovers.com. Then, take the new cover and laptop to the chaps at PC World and they will fit it for you free of charge.
