As EA Sports Active 2 hits shop shelves around the UK, a video has been released which shows Ben Shephard, Melinda Messenger and Victoria Pendleton putting the game through its paces.
The game, which is available on the Nintendo Wii, the Sony PS3, and Microsoft’s Xbox 360, attempts to emulate the powers of the Kinect, the Wii Motion controllers, and the PlayStation Move, but without the need for any of the associated devices.
Sensory information like the position of your arms and legs, and what your heart rate is in-game, is taken from sensors attached to your arms and legs.
Recently, Pocket-lint was lucky enough to meet up with Victoria Pendleton, who took us for a spin through EA Sports Active 2.
Needless to say, the Olympic Gold cycling medallist appears to be right at home with the latest fitness game from EA, however if you want to know how the other two got on, you'll just have to watch the video.
EA Sports Active 2 is available now.
