Motorola announces Special Edition RAZR2

Blingtastic

Motorola today announced a special edition of the new RAZR2 that it says will only be available in limited quantities to consumers.

The "special edition" RAZR2 has according to Moto gone “lux” with 18k and 24k gold plated accents standing out against a luminous, black slate, vacuum metal finish.

Attempting to be the king of bling, the phone will have "elegant" pin stripes on the CLI lens, an engraved diamond-cut pattern on the sideband and a linear etching on the navigation wheel add to the "edgy, yet chic, finishes" of the device.

With a soft-touch back, embossed with a snakeskin effect, the device even feels again according to Motorola "luxurious in the hand."

As for the phone, the specs remain unchanged and include Quad band connectivity, Stereo Bluetooth, 2GB of on-board memory and a 2 megapixel camera.

This special edition of RAZR2 also comes complete with a black slate Motorola H680 Bluetooth headset with 18k gold-plated accents, included in-box.

Good news for Chavs. The phones are inbound in the next couple of days.
