Back at the beginning of September, when Canon was wrapping up its New York Expo, we brought you news of its fantastic 4K concept camera.
And now, with the Expo onto its Paris leg, more details of the super-cam have emerged, along with some video footage of it in action and some nice new pics.
In case you're not familiar with the camera, then let us fill you in....
The multi-purpose, lightweight cam is capable is shooting video in the 4K resolution - that's approximately four times what you're getting with 1080p and is also capable of shooting videos in excess of 60fps due to the 2/3-inch, 8-megapixel CMOS sensor.
It has a 20x optical zoom, and the aperture is between 1.8 and 3.8.
Canon also used the Expo to demo its latest Cross Media Station, which is a multi-functional charging, syncing, sharing and printing port.
Ryoichi Bamba, president and CEO of Canon Europe, Middle East and Africa said: "Canon EXPO 2010 Paris is an exciting demonstration of Canon’s vision for the way in which people incorporate imaging technology into both their personal and working lives".
"Imaging innovation is at the heart of Canon’s business strategy and today we have brought together Canon’s present and future visions for the industry, showcasing the power of image".
